Privacy Policy and Security

We will not give out your e-mail address or sell your information to any mailing lists. When you place an order, you authorize us to use your credit card to pay for same and we will use your credit card only for the purchase you request. We maintain a secure online transaction process which supports the industry standard, so that credit card information collected is encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet.

Shipping and Billing

We will maintain your privacy by shipping every order in a plain box or wrapper. Unless you are advised to the contrary all orders will be filled and shipped in a timely manner. Shipping costs for your area are determined during the checkout process. All Payments must be paid in advance by valid credit card and in U.S. funds.

Age and Personal Use

You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and you agree to be solely responsible for maintaining necessary controls over the use and/or access by minors to the products purchased. You further agree that products purchased for you are for your personal use only.

Shipping Restrictions & Information for delivery outside of the USA:

Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

• If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping and surcharges plus a 20% restocking fee.
• You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount.
• For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Herbal Hair Treatment"
• We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

Agreement

The parties agree that this agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and that by purchasing "I have read and agree with the terms and conditions.", you have acknowledged that you have reviewed and agree to all of the provisions, disclosures and disclaimers in this agreement.
